What is Royal Rangers?
Royal Rangers is a ministry to boys, sponsored by the Assemblies of God, which strives to meet their moral, spiritual, and physical needs. From its beginning over 30 years ago, the Royal Rangers ministry has now spread around the world and boys from nearly 50 countries have joined in the fun and adventure.
In the United States, Royal Rangers has enjoyed the reputation as one of the fastest growing boys' organizations in the country. The Royal Ranger ministry is divided into four age groups for boy’s ages 5 through17. For the older boys, the program incorporates an active outdoor sports program -- to include camping, backpacking, canoeing, and rappelling.

Individual Royal Ranger units are referred to as "outposts," which are sponsored through local churches. Most outposts hold weekly meetings for training, recreation, and Bible study. Various special events and activities planned throughout the year include overnight campouts, hiking trips, sporting events, and ceremonies.
